You can now pre-book your swim on on the ACTIO App which saves you time on arrival and means you don’t need to carry cash with you.

It is not compulsory to pre-book – you can of course simply turn up and pay on the day.

Please make sure you register for a NOWCA safety wristband and book/pay for your swim before you arrive with us for the first time. It’s a quick and easy registration via the ACTiO app and costs just £12 a year (in addition to your swim session prices). Please choose ‘London Royal Docks OWS’ as your venue and your NOWCA safety wristband will be available when you arrive on your first swim.
